This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed under the Roamer brand by Mathis Meadows, including Humanus and other current or future Roamer‑branded apps.

Some Roamer apps may request access to device features such as location in order to provide core functionality. This policy explains how that data is used.

Roamer apps are designed to collect as little data as possible. Depending on the specific app and its features, we may process the following types of information:

Location data

Some apps may request access to your device’s location in order to:

• look up local weather conditions (for example, via WeatherKit)
• customize content based on your general area

When location is used:

• Location is used only to fulfill the requested feature (e.g., fetch weather for your area).
• Location data is not stored on our servers.
• Location data is not sold, shared, or used for tracking across apps or services.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without it.

Weather and related data

If an app uses WeatherKit or similar services:

• Requests to Apple’s WeatherKit service may include your approximate location or coordinates to retrieve local weather.
• Weather data is used only to display information in the app and is not stored by us beyond what is needed for immediate use.

Apple may process certain technical data (such as IP address or request metadata) in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policies.

Data We Do Not Collect

Unless explicitly stated in a specific app:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information from within the app.
• We do not use third‑party analytics SDKs or advertising networks.
• We do not build profiles or track you across apps or websites.

If a future Roamer app requires additional data, that will be clearly disclosed in the app and reflected in an updated version of this policy.

Third‑Party Services

Some Roamer apps may rely on Apple services such as:

• WeatherKit
• Core Location
• Other system frameworks provided by Apple

These services may process limited technical data as part of their normal operation. Their use is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Roamer apps do not integrate third‑party advertising SDKs or external tracking libraries.

Children’s Privacy

Roamer apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
