This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed under the Roamer brand by Mathis Meadows, including Humanus and other current or future Roamer‑branded apps. It also covers this website (mathismeadows.com) and Roamer MCP, a hosted service described in its own section below.

Some Roamer apps may request access to device features such as location in order to provide core functionality. This policy explains how that data is used.

Information We Collect

Roamer mobile apps are designed to collect as little data as possible. Depending on the specific app and its features, we may process the following types of information:

Location data

Some apps may request access to your device's location in order to:

  • look up local weather conditions (for example, via WeatherKit)
  • customize content based on your general area

When location is used:

  • Location is used only to fulfill the requested feature (e.g., fetch weather for your area).
  • Location data is not stored on our servers.
  • Location data is not sold, shared, or used for tracking across apps or services.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without it.

Weather and related data

If an app uses WeatherKit or similar services:

  • Requests to Apple's WeatherKit service may include your approximate location or coordinates to retrieve local weather.
  • Weather data is used only to display information in the app and is not stored by us beyond what is needed for immediate use.

Apple may process certain technical data (such as IP address or request metadata) in accordance with Apple's own privacy policies.

Website analytics

This website (mathismeadows.com) does not currently run analytics or advertising tags. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. Our mobile apps do not use any analytics SDK.

Roamer MCP

Roamer MCP is a hosted service. To provide it we process your Microsoft sign-in details (account ID and email address), an optional display name and contact email, the content you save in the service, and billing and usage records. We use service providers to host the service, send email, process payments and secure our network, and we may change providers as our needs change. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

To have your organization's data deleted, request it in the Portal or email [email protected]. You have 30 days to cancel the request, after which we delete the data. Other privacy requests go to the same address.

Data We Do Not Collect

Unless explicitly stated in a specific app (Roamer MCP is described above):

  • Our mobile apps do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
  • Our mobile apps do not use third‑party analytics SDKs or advertising networks.
  • We do not build profiles or track you across apps or websites.

If a future Roamer app requires additional data, that will be clearly disclosed in the app and reflected in an updated version of this policy.

Third‑Party Services

Apple platform services

Some Roamer apps rely on Apple system services such as WeatherKit, Core Location, CloudKit, and StoreKit. These services may process limited technical data as part of their normal operation. Their use is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies. Roamer apps do not integrate third‑party advertising SDKs or external tracking libraries.

Connecting a third-party seller account

Some Roamer apps allow you to connect a third-party seller account (for example, Etsy) in order to publish content on your behalf. When you use this feature:

  • You will be directed to the third party's own login and consent screen. We never see your third-party username or password.
  • After you grant permission, an OAuth access token and refresh token are stored securely in your device's iOS Keychain. They are not uploaded to our servers.
  • We use the access token only to perform the actions you explicitly request in the app (for example, creating a draft listing on Etsy).
  • We do not store, sell, or share your third-party account data, listings, orders, or any other information retrieved via the connection.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your third-party account settings. Removing the app also removes all stored tokens from your device.

Roamer Maker's Etsy integration uses the Etsy Open API v3. Our use of that API is governed by Etsy's API Terms of Use. Your activity on Etsy itself is subject to Etsy's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Roamer apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if our apps or data practices change. The latest version will always be available at mathismeadows.com/privacy.
