Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to all SaaS products offered under the Mathis Meadows brand, including Roamer MCP and other current or future Mathis Meadows‑branded services (each, a “Service”). By signing in or accessing a Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Authorized Use
You may use a Service solely for:
- Accessing and managing your own account and environment
- Running integrations or automations permitted by your subscription
- Interacting with the APIs, dashboards, and tools the Service provides
You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account
- Immediately reporting any suspected security breach
Mathis Meadows is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or process through a Service. You agree not to store or transmit illegal content, malware, or sensitive data prohibited by applicable regulations. Mathis Meadows may process your data only to deliver and maintain the Service — see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
Subscription Plans and Billing
- A Service may offer Free and Pro subscription tiers.
- Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis and automatically renew each billing cycle. Mathis Meadows is the merchant of record for all charges, not Stripe.
- You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Service's Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Pro access until then, with no partial refund for the unused portion.
- Prices may change with advance notice before your next billing cycle.
Platform Restrictions
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or security controls
- Interfere with a Service's performance or stability
- Use automated tools to overload or disrupt a Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access underlying source code
- Use a Service to host, distribute, or facilitate unlawful activity
Service Availability
Mathis Meadows aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Some Services, including Roamer MCP, are currently in beta— expect a lower bar on availability guarantees than a mature product. Scheduled maintenance or emergency actions may temporarily affect access.
Monitoring and Logging
Mathis Meadows may monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, operational integrity, and compliance with these Terms, including logging authentication events, API calls, and system interactions.
API Usage
If you use a Service's API, you agree to:
- Follow published rate limits
- Use valid authentication tokens
- Avoid abusive or excessive automated requests
- Not expose your API keys or tokens publicly
Misuse may result in throttling or suspension.
Suspension or Termination
Mathis Meadows may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your usage threatens platform stability
- You engage in unlawful activity
- Required by law or regulatory authority
You will be notified when possible.
Liability
A Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Mathis Meadows is not liable for data loss, downtime, security incidents caused by customer misconfiguration, or damages resulting from misuse of a Service. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Mathis Meadows' total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
Mathis Meadows retains all rights to its Services, including their software, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant you a right to use a Service, not any ownership interest in it.
Changes to These Terms
Mathis Meadows may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at mathismeadows.com/terms. Continued use of a Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
